If you were insured under any Florida automobile insurance policy issued by Defendant, MAPFRE and its subsidiaries or related insurance companies covering a vehicle with auto physical damage coverage for comprehensive or collision loss, and submitted a first-party claim where your vehicle was declared a total loss on or after July 12, 2014, you may be entitled to compensation from this class action. If your total loss claim payment included title transfer and registration transfer fees and full sales tax, you may not be part of the class.
